Our Story
Casa Hernán Cantina sits where Cevallos meets the old Southtown art district, a few blocks off the King William row. We built it the way our abuela kept her kitchen: warm tile, copper pots, and a pot of something good always on the stove.
Mole comes from a recipe we have stirred for three generations. The masa is pressed by hand each morning. And the bar runs on small-batch tequila and mezcal poured slow, the way agave is meant to be enjoyed.
