Pour Choices Brewing Co. is the newest craft brewery in Fredericksburg, born from a simple idea: this town has wine on every corner, but it deserves great beer too. So we built a brewhouse, opened the garage doors, and started pouring.
Every pint is brewed on-site in small batches, from crisp Hill Country lagers to hazy IPAs and rotating seasonals. No corporate kegs, no shortcuts. Just honest beer, a relaxed taproom, and a patio made for slow afternoons.

Crisp, clean, and brutally drinkable. Soft Hill Country water and noble hops make this our everyday answer to a hot Texas afternoon.

Toasty caramel malt balanced by earthy hops. Smooth, copper-colored, and named for the pink granite that built this Hill Country.
